And for the two people who asked how to extract the file – Click download and use winzip/winrar to extract the file which is done by highlighting the brush file in winzip/winrar, clicking extract. Remember where you extract the file to. To make things easier you may want to make a specific folder designated for photoshop brushes.

To use the brush in photshop – go to your brushes tool bar, in the top right hand corner there should be a downward arrow next to some horizontal lines, click it and then click "load brushes". Go to the folder where you saved the brushes you want and click it. It should not appear in your brushes toolbar in photoshop.

Great grunge brushes, just what I was looking for! Can these be used for commercial use if due credit is given to you for the use of them?

These brushes were just what I was looking for. I needed some realistic looking grunge dirt for the corners of my photo’s. I like to give them a very aged look for this particular set of cemetery photo’s. They are not commercial just me messy around with photoshop for my own pleasure.
