For anyone who is unable to download these .abr files. The solution is to go to google or another web browser and type in: "WinRar" or you may have 7-Zip as a program that came with your system. Otherwise look for the "WinRar" website and download WinRar for your version of Pc. Once you're done, you can download now, and you must extract the file into your Photoshop>Apps>Presets>Brushes Folder.
