If you want to make it a pattern in photoshop you need to open the file like a normal image. crop it down to a single pattern, and then go to Edit:Define Pattern

Hmm, I am at work, and I downloaded the file and opened it in photoshop no problem. What version of photoshop do you have?
i can't get this pattern set to download in photoshop. the type of file is an "eps" which doesn't even come up when i try and pull it up in Ps. Any ideas?
