I needed a template file to work on Android app for Nexus One. The ones I found were for the HTC Hero which meant they were aimed at lower res screen, so I made one from scratch. The body of the nexus is just taken from hi-res pictures on HTC's site, but the icons, tabs, and related graphics are all vectors, easily resizable and reusable for whatever you want.
