Paris, also, if you are unsure whether or not you have Winzip, open the "zipped" folder, and then it should say(if you have it) in the "folder tasks" drop down "extract all" then it will make a new folder and useable.

@Paris use winrar/winzip (http://rarlabs.com) to extract the zip and get the abrs.
