I was curious if I could use one of these brushes in a book that I’m writing. I highly doubt it will ever be published or anything like that, but I DO intend to print it via Lulu.com. Would this be acceptable to you?

I am more than willing to give you credit on the cover for the brushes that I use if that helps. Please contact me to let me know, as I would greatly appreciate it. I don’t plan to print for some time yet as the book isn’t done, but I am planning to use the brushes on title pages and on the cover design.

I know where you have these brushes from!!! I have an old book full of these, exactly these ones… crazy!

I’ve always limited my picture-editing tasks to Microsoft Editor because I’m SCARED of Photoshop. Yes you heard it right – I’m SCARED of Photoshop despite of my job as an artist. But with this tool, you’ve just made me come out of my shell and face my fear because it’s not that hard, after all.

These are great. I’m really new to this kind of thing, but these brushes will be put to good use, that’s for sure. I was at another site earlier, and they offered some hi-res ones that are also really awesome. With those and these together, I think I’ll be able to do a fantastic design. The design I’ve been wanting to do for weeks.
