ah! when u use photoshop, click on brush tool or another tool, right click n select the small arrow icon.

when u use photoshop (no matter what the version, i have cs2, cs3, n cs4 all is the same), right click on small arrow icon, then click ‘preset manager’, then u can see a box dialog of preset manager, change the ‘preset type’ to pattern (if its already there so its good), then click ‘load brushes’. but, after download, its gonna be a ZIP files of this pattern, right click on ‘extract here’, so the files will change to ABR. n u can use it on photoshop.

Super easy guys, I’m using Photoshop CS3, so for that I can use that little bucket icon or the "fill" option – either way, I use the drop-down menu to select pattern and then a preview window opens (like the brushes menu) you just pull it out and select your pattern. To upload, click the arrow on the right top hand corner and say "load pattern…" :) hope that helps!
