are you putting it in>>>
c:\program files\adobe\adobe photoshop cs5\presets\brushes ?
if so... select paintbrush (B) and then click on the brush icon at the top, at the right side of window that opens, there is a little arrow, click that, and select load brushes... find brush you want and click ok
Brush will be ready to use now
