   In Photoshop, go to Edit > Presets > Preset Manager. From there, you click on the Preset Type drop-down menu and select "Brushes". Click the Load button then browse for the file and click OK.

   1. click download file.
   2. save it to your preferred destination folder. (e.g. save it in myDocuments folder) for later use, copy the .abr file then paste it in brushes folder.

   here's how to go to BRUSHES folder:
   1. go to my computer
   2. open LOCAL DISC C
   3. click program files
   4. click ADOBE folder
   5. click ADOBE PHOTOSHOP folder
   6. click PRESETS folder
   7. click BRUSHES folder
   8. paste the .abr file inside BRUSHES folder.

   this brush will be available next time you use adobe photoshop.
