I use Paint.net, Paint.net could use photoshop brushes, but it has to be in .png format, with the help of abrViewer.NET, it could be changed to .png
My question is, is it okay for me to make a copy of your brushes in .png format so I can use it? (I will NOT claim it as my own of course) :)

Hmmm...to tell the truth I haven't seen GOOD fire brushes at all :) they just don't seem real when you use them. I suggest you to find some cool photos of fire and just use parts of the photo ;]
Photoshop brushes usually works with the version in which they were created and with higher versions. I make my brushes with Photoshop 7 so I'm sure they'll work fine with your cs3. If not - write me, we'll figure something out :]
