Party Brushes

@ Tim: I don’t think it would be very difficult to give them that effect if you put in the hard yards. I’m guessing create the black background, use the brushes on another layer (make sure u paint them on white) and then increase brightness so it affects the brush but not the overall picture, then simply add a glowing effect in the colour of your choice in blending options on the layer. Still have to test that though.

@ banana pirate rly easy you just open the gimp 2.0 folder the share and keepr pressing until you find brushes in top left corner and then click and drag in the folder btw nice brushes
