CS4 Photoshop Brushes

you dont need to open it. you need winrar to extract it to your desktop or to preset in your photoshop file. then you go onto photoshop open new and right click then click load brushes

ermm,, help!!

im using mozilla firefox web browser and when i download these, and save it, it comes up with a box saying "windows cannot open this file" help!

how do i get the file !!

i know how to put it on but it wont work can someone help it keeps saying "error not compadible" and i do have cs4
