Well if you have windows XP you click download then a window will popup and on the left hand side you click exstract files another window will then popup then you click browse and then desktop… in photoshop click on the brushtool at the right side of the brush tool menu there is a arrow (looks like a play button) click on that then load brushes… they will be on the desktop so just load them like that… hop this helps..

i don’t know how to use it or to install it what do i have to do? please help me i need it ;)

why? just double click on it.. and thats it.. click on the brushes and find the splatter brush that you’ve download.
