how can i make the brushes look like glowing as the preview pic above?
i mean i just can’t make it look bright

You guys I have NO IDEA why some of you can’t download. About 1% of our visitors are having a problem and can’t download and we have been racking our brains over here and we have noooooo idea why! If ANYONE can provide some insight as to why some people can’t download we would greatly apprecaite it!
