I was having trouble downloading, then I turned off adblock plus and it worked!

for those who cant download and are using FIREFOX:

open a new tab
type: about:config
enter
in the filter, type: referer, then double click on the result
set the value to 2

You guys I have NO IDEA why some of you can’t download. About 1% of our visitors are having a problem and can’t download and we have been racking our brains over here and we have noooooo idea why! If ANYONE can provide some insight as to why some people can’t download we would greatly apprecaite it!
