Bleh Chad i create brushes on here. You have to agree this is your original work and take responsibility. Go back to school hippie i write legal proceedings as well. And yes i have seen these around for probably longer then you have been alive and they are in fact early 20th century.

You don’t know that the original artist is dead, nor do you know if these weren’t made last year.

I can make a PS Brush out of copyrighted work, but it would be a derivative of the original copyright. And even that could be in violation.

My point being, if the person asking was really interested in commercial licensing for this, it wouldn’t be Nadine who could give it.

Chad hellooo??? The person that made these hands was more then likely around the 1920’s and is prolly dead now! There is no license specified on this web site or in the file regarding these hands. These are free to use anywhere unless specified by Nadine.

@Brennan – the person to ask about commercial use, would be the original artist of the hands. I can make a brush using the nike logo, but that wouldn’t give me the right to claim it as my own…
