how do i install it and put it on photoshop? help me. T____________T

In your tools panel, click on brushes, the brushes panel will open along top of your photoshop window (displaying "brush:" "mode:" "opacity:" and "flow"). Click the drop-down box labeled "brush:" and you'll find a small button in the top right corner of the drop-down box (usually looks like a triangle within a circle). Click on that button > click preset manager > load > then select the brush you want to upload:)
