    what you need to do after you extract this file is close Photoshop then you have to:

    go to My Computer>local disk>program files>adobe>Adobe Photoshop X>presets>patterns

    "X" represents whatever version you have of photoshop

    Once you get to that folder just drag and drop the file you extracted on there. Then restart photoshop. After that you do this:
    select the paintbucket tool>change the "foreground" setting to pattern>click on the square that will show up right next to it>click on the arrow ">" >from the drop down select "load patterns"

    When the window pops up follow the steps that were way above without the dragging and dropping. Hope it's not confusing... *fails*

    its prolly a zipped file.. in that case you need to extract the files... after that is done you can go to your patterns menu and the lil arrow on the right... click load patterns and load them from wherever you saved them.... http://extractnow.com/... this will help... download the extracter... its a safe download.... hope this helps...,]:^)>
