West Kelowna CrossFit is an inclusive gym centrally located in West Kelowna. We are a CrossFit Affiliate that subscribes the CrossFit methodology of functional movements performed over various times and modal domains and performed at relative intensity. We provide our members with excellent coaching and all the equipment and resources to achieve their fitness goals. We often participate in various community events and fundraisers. We also provide environments for teams and personal training outside of class times.
